For streaks like this or a repeating pattern. This is most likely an issue with your drum. Replacing the Magenta drum here should be an easy fix. Possibly the black one as well. If not, probably needs a service call. And if nobody knows for sure how to replace the drum, get a rep to do it for you and show you how, for the future. You do NOT want to screw up putting a new drum in.

Yeah if that's the issue I'll probably wait till my supervisor comes in so she can show me. She actually changed I think the magenta and the cyan just last week so maybe the black drum is the problem. Thanks!

Is it happening with all colors or just that one?

I only noticed it until I printed those business cards, since i had printed some blue wedding invitations earlier on 12pt gloss

You could also try resetting the sensors. Hit the power switch, and when the Power Saver light stops blinking, turn off the main power for 5 seconds then turn back on.

As mentioned above, I'd replace the drums out. Ask Sup how. If that doesn't work, it may have something in the fuser causing an issue. If not comfortable fixing that, call the number someone provided above. They can usually send someone out, or even walk you through steps needed to fix the machine.

There is a drum test you can do. Xerox emailed it to us but you can look up xerox drum text on google and there will be a forum with a link. It's four pages. One for each drum color. When u print it whichever page has the streak is the drum that needs to be replaced. Drums shouldn't be exposed to light for more than a few seconds if you can help it. The others should be covered with paper or a towel until you are done changing the one out.

You might also want to adjust your image transfer numbers to fix the blotched color at the top with the matte bc stock.
