I originally purchased this for my car to use with the FM transmitter device I had and it worked fine. But I ended up getting a blue tooth device with the FM transmitter built it for my car, so this one was moved to the garage/gym to connect via a 3.5mm to RCA cable to the stereo in the gym and it works great. All of my son's friend who use the gym can connect easily to play their music from their devices.

It states in the description that it cannot be used while charging - connected to the USB cable. I have found this not to be the case. While it might not be actually charging when it's plugged into the cable and in use, it still works fine. So it can stay plugged in all the time and when not in use, it can charge up.

Very easy to use. Just press the button and connect. Easy peasy. Great value for the price and I can definitely recommend these for anyone using it for a similar purpose although there are multi uses for this device.

This paired effortlessly with my device, allowing me to use the new 'no headphone port' mobile phone with an aux cord. It's easy to use, the battery life is good, especially since I can charge it right from the car adapter.

However.

This item utilizes a flashing light to tell you it's working. No problem during the day. But at night, the light is distressingly bright, and reflects through the entire vehicle so, if you're the only person in the car, you cannot easily tell where it's coming from. Is there an airport signal just over that hill? Are the cops after you? UFO abduction?

If your aux cord plug is on the dashboard, as it is in one of our two vehicles, there is no easy way to cover the light. I'll probably end up making a sleeve to put around it. Four stars initially, minus one for the bright flashing light.

I intended to use the Tx portion of this product to connect to a 1/4" headphone output jack onboard my Onkto TXNR-626 Stereo Receiver connected to a Samsung 60" in order to send signal to my Sony WH-CH700N wireless headphones. Since the receiver does not have native Bluetooth output (only input) I sought an affordable piece that could transmit at least 15 feet across a room with no obstructions in between. I streamed Game of Thrones from my phone to my Chromecast connected to the receiver, changed the adapter to Tx mode and put it in pairing mode, put my Sony headphones in pairing mode and both Tx and headphones connected in a matter of seconds. I was super impressed by the sound I was getting in my noise cancelling headphones, but particularly with thanks to the adapter as well for passing along signal seemingly without any detectable interference. I gave battery life a 4/5 because I have only used the equipment for an hour at most without it being connected to a power source. I've also only owned it for a day so I cannot speak to the product longevity and what kind of fate a low-cost Chinese-made product like this will meet. To the cost end of this product, the fact that it can both receive and transmit is a huge plus. Super small and discrete, about the size of my adult male thumb. I would definitely buy it again if I had the chance!

Just started using this. It paired easily to my MPOW Flame ear buds while plugged into the output jack of my laptop. (I had turned off the laptop's bluetooth). The user guide is written in a translated from chinese typical wording so take it with a grain of salt. I'm not sure about battery life - I'll let you know. When using my cell phone while this thing is connected to the earbuds it creates all kings of interference until I unpait the MPOW Flame's. I suppose I can understand that but it needs mentioned. I'll update this as I experience more.

Revision - Shortly after I wrote this the battery died. Lasted about 4 hours or so - Dismal at best.

I ordered this on Saturday and it said it was coming Monday but it actually came on Wednesday.
After receving this product i plugged it in to charge it and then plugged it in to my Sanyo TV so i could hear sound on my xbox one, it did connect with my JLab wireless headphones ,but it didn't work so i plugged it in again ,it didn't work i did this for about an hour until i had enough of this madness. My JLab headphones have Bluetooth 5.0 so they should work and my TV has a output out jack. so my summary of my experience with this product was really trashy, i should of never bought this product. I want my money back you money leechers!
